Our Cleaning Process

1. Conduct a pre-inspection of the rooms and/or items to be cleaned, noting any heavily soiled areas or traffic patterns.
2. explain the process to you and answer any questions you may have.
3. Carefully move furniture in the rooms (except very large items, such as pianos, china cabinets, entertainment armoires, etc.).
4. Pre vacuum the areas to be cleaned.
5. Pre-treat any areas of concern to ensure the most thorough cleaning.
6. Clean the entire area using our hot water extraction method.
7. Speed dry the cleaned areas.
8. Apply deodorizer or protector, and groom the carpet.
9. Return your furniture to its original location, placing protective pads underneath.
10. Final carpet grooming & post spot treatment.

Once all Carpet have been serviced, we will complete a final inspection with you to ensure that you are 100% satisfied.

After the Cleaning

While our powerful, truck-mounted vacuum system removes almost all of the moisture immediately, your carpet may still be damp to the touch.

Using fans in any rooms cleaned and turning your air conditioning system on can help accelerate drying time.

Be sure to leave the protective pads under furniture legs used with upholstered items in place until the carpet and/or furniture is completely dry to avoid any color transfer.

You may walk on your carpet immediately after cleaning, using the provided shoe covers, as they may re-soil your carpet. Be especially careful when walking from damp, carpeted areas onto non-carpeted areas to avoid slipping.

For area rugs, wait 48 hours before putting them back on the carpet to avoid the risk of color transfer.
