Our Cleaning process

1. Explain the process to you and answer any questions you may have.
2. Conduct a pre-inspection of the rooms and/or items to be cleaned, noting any heavily soiled areas or traffic patterns.
3. Carefully move furniture in the rooms (except very large items, such as pianos, china cabinets, entertainment armoires, etc.).
4. Mask/protect non treatment areas
5. Pre-treat any areas of concern to ensure the most thorough cleaning.
6. Clean the entire area using our hot water extraction method.
7. Speed dry the cleaned areas.
8. Sealing Special sealant is applied and buffed, to protect against future staining.
9. Return your furniture to its original location, placing protective pads underneath.

Once the cleaning is completed, we will complete with a final inspection with you to ensure that you are 100% satisfied.

After The cleaning

The tile will be dry to the touch light traffic is recommended until the sealer cures usually 24 Hrs.

Using fans in any rooms cleaned and turning your air conditioning system on can help accelerate dwell time.

You may walk on your tile immediately after cleaning, using the provided shoe covers, Be especially careful when walking on damp floors, to avoid slipping.

Area rugs wait 48 Hrs. Before putting them back to avoid the risk of color transfer.
